Diphu, Feb 20: For the first time in the history of KYF a novel method was adopted to drive home the Swaach Bharat Campaign to a culturally captive crowd by performing a street play at the Singmirjeng Achetai & Longbi Chedu Achetai. The Trinity Hills Society (NGO) in collaboration with CKAM & District Water & Sanitation Committee, Diphu organised the play to campaign the cleanliness drive in the district. The organisers feel that as there are thousands of tourists from nearby states and lakhs of people from the district visit the festival it was the perfect platform to spread cleanliness awareness among the people. They said that cleanliness would never be maintained until there was a mass awareness among the society.
